8x8 in Lasagna

Lasagna

Lasagna is sold in 2 different sizes, a small 8x8 tray and a regular 9x13 tray. The lasagna comes with my homemade meat sauce, a three cheese blend and layers of beef and sausage.  Meats may be omitted upon request! 
 
They can be ordered fresh (you bake or freeze it yourself), frozen (you bake it yourself) or baked! Easy to follow baking instructions are provided.
 
Small tray (8x8 inches and 2 inches deep) Serves 4-6 people for $40
Regular tray (9x13 inches and 2 3/4 inches deep) Serves 10-15 people for $70

Manicotti

They are made with a homemade pasta crepe and a three cheese blend from a family recipe.  They are individually wrapped, frozen and then vacuum sealed for freshness.  Use your favorite sauce or try them with one of mine!  Easy to follow baking instructions are provided.

Meat Sauce

Just to be clear, this is not a Bolognese sauce.  You will not find any carrots!  It is, however, a very hearty tomato sauce packed full of ground beef and sausage.  I slow cook in on the stove for hours to ensure a deep and rich flavor.  It comes frozen to lock in the freshness and so you don't have to use it right away.
